Hengshui Guangyin Tower Industry Co., Ltd. is based in Guangchuan Industrial Zone, Jing County, Hebei. We make steel towers for communication sites, industrial plants, utilities and public works, and can also arrange installation when the job requires it.

Our regular work includes lightning protection towers, communication and monitoring towers, high mast lighting towers, wind measurement masts, chimney supports and fire training towers. Observation towers, monopoles, artificial tree towers and other drawing-specific structures are also made in our workshop. Most orders are built for a particular site rather than taken from stock.

Before We Quote

We first check where the tower will be installed, what it needs to carry and which design code applies. Wind, ice and seismic data are included when they matter to the site.

In the Workshop

Our workshop cuts and drills angle steel and plate, forms tubular sections and completes the required welding. CNC lines handle the repeat work, while fit-up and detail work are checked by the production team.

Checks During Production

Inspection starts when the steel arrives. Dimensions, bolt holes and welds are checked as the work moves through the shop, then the finished parts are checked against the approved drawings.

Ready for Shipment

Each section is marked so the erection crew can match it to the drawings. Large pieces are bundled for transport, and small plates, bolts and fittings are packed separately.

We manufacture lightning protection towers, wind measurement towers, monitoring towers and other steel tower structures for overseas projects. Each tower is made to order according to its height, installation location, design wind speed, equipment load and applicable project standard.

Our factory is equipped for angle steel processing, plate cutting, tube forming, welding and trial assembly. Tower sections are checked against the approved drawings before surface treatment. Hot-dip galvanizing is available for outdoor installations and corrosive environments.
