Steel towers are normally designed or selected according to project requirements. Tower height, steel sections, foundations, platforms, accessories, wind loads, ice loads, seismic conditions, coatings, and applicable standards may differ between projects.

Website information should not be treated as a final engineering design, construction drawing, or confirmation that a product is suitable for a particular site. Final requirements must be confirmed in our quotation, approved drawings, or signed contract.

3. Quotations and orders

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or require either party to proceed with an order. A quotation is based on the information available when it is prepared and remains valid only for the period stated in that quotation.

Prices, delivery periods, packing, freight, payment terms, inspection requirements, and warranty terms are confirmed separately for each order. An order becomes binding only after the commercial and technical terms have been accepted in writing by both parties.

If site data, loads, quantities, specifications, or drawings change, we may revise the price, design, production schedule, or delivery date.

4. Drawings and technical documents

You are responsible for providing accurate site information, design criteria, equipment loads, interface dimensions, and other details needed for the project.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, drawings and technical documents supplied by Guangyin Tower are intended only for the project for which they were prepared. They must not be copied, modified, given to another manufacturer, or used for a different project without our written permission.

Documents submitted by a customer remain the customer's property. By sending them to us, the customer allows us to review and use them for quotation, design, production, inspection, and order fulfilment.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, logos, page layout, downloadable files, and original website materials belong to Hengshui Guangyin Tower Industry Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view or print reasonable portions of the website for your own project evaluation. You may not republish, sell, distribute, reproduce, or use the content on another commercial website without written permission.

6. Website availability and accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be current, complete, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
