An elevated water tank tower holds water above ground, so it can supply by gravity. You need this type of tower when water pressure has to stay available during a power cut or pump failure. Common installations are fire water systems, factories, housing estates, schools, hospitals, and remote sites.
The tower is built from Q235B or Q355B steel sections. The tank can be SMC/GRP panels, 304 stainless steel, or galvanized steel plate. Capacity, platform height, and pipe connections are worked out from your required storage volume and discharge head — not picked from a fixed model.
A caged ladder and service platform can be added for inspection. Before production, we check the tank load, local wind speed, seismic requirement, foundation interface, and access arrangement. Tower sections are prepared for practical shipping and site assembly.
The tank decides the tower design
Sectional panel tanks need a level grid under each panel joint. Molded or cylindrical tanks use a different bearing layout. Pipe loads, overflow location, and maintenance clearance are checked at the same stage. This avoids cutting or adding steel after the tower reaches the site.

Please send the required capacity, tower height, tank material, site location, wind speed and seismic data with your enquiry. We will use these details to check the steelwork and foundation loads.
Applications
These towers are used for fire water reserves, process water, domestic storage and standby supply at factories, residential sites, schools, hospitals, hotels, farms and locations where pumping is not always dependable.
