Yes. Tower height, structure, platform layout, ladder, equipment mounts and surface treatment can be adjusted for the project. We review the site wind, ice and seismic data together with the required working loads before confirming the design.

Please send the tower type and height, installation location, basic wind speed, ice thickness, seismic requirements and the loads carried by the tower. Drawings, equipment details and the destination port will help us prepare a more accurate offer.

Q235B and Q355B structural steel are commonly used. The final grade and section sizes depend on the tower design, loading and project standard. Material certificates can be supplied with the order when specified.

Our outdoor steel tower components are normally hot-dip galvanized after fabrication. Coating requirements are agreed according to the applicable standard and the exposure environment. Paint or duplex coating can also be considered when the project calls for additional protection or a specific colour.

The tower can be supplied with an air terminal and an earthing connection point. The site grounding grid, conductor routing and target resistance must be designed for the local soil conditions and the electrical requirements of the project.

We can provide tower base reactions and a reference foundation drawing. The final foundation must be checked and approved by a qualified local engineer using the actual geotechnical report, local code and construction conditions.

Tower sections are marked to match the assembly drawings, grouped by section and secured for container loading. Small plates, bolts and fittings are packed separately and labelled so they can be identified easily during site erection.

Incoming materials, dimensions, hole positions, welds, trial fit where required and the galvanized finish are checked during production. Inspection records and other agreed documents can be prepared for the order.

Assembly drawings and component markings are supplied for erection. Installation guidance or on-site support can be discussed according to the destination, project size and contract requirements. Local lifting plans and site safety remain the responsibility of the installation contractor.
